This is a great opportunity to join a small, mobile Allied Health provider delivering Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services across Perth’s Hills and Foothills region. The team works with children in their natural environments, including homes, schools and community settings. There is no clinic base, giving clinicians the flexibility to work across a geographic area that suits their caseload and preferences. The caseload is fully paediatric, with most clients aged between 2 and 12 years , although there may be some flexibility for older children depending on referrals. This role would suit a Speech Pathologist who enjoys paediatrics, is confident working independently and values building strong relationships with families, schools and educators. About the Role: You’ll support a paediatric caseload across private and NDIS clients, with a strong focus on neurodiversity-affirming practice. Clients are mostly children with autism, ADHD and related developmental needs. The role is therapy-driven, with a focus on direct intervention, early communication, speech, language, functional communication and practical support for families and schools. You’ll work mainly face-to-face, with telehealth used for meetings, planning and follow-up where appropriate. The role is primarily mobile, covering areas from Gooseberry Hill through to Ellenbrook , depending on waitlist demand and where you are based. Over time, the caseload can be shaped around your preferred travel area. External supervision is expected, and clinicians are supported to access supervision that suits their development needs. About the Team: You’ll be joining a small mobile Allied Health team currently made up of Occupational Therapists, a Speech Pathologist and admin support.
